Who is Eligible?
To ensure your heating system is in good condition before coverage begins, an initial service assessment is required. The following eligibility criteria apply:
✅ Boiler must be under 7 years old
✅ No existing leaks or visible corrosion on radiators
✅ Ancillaries must be less than 10 years old
✅ No evidence of scale buildup or sludge in the system
Exclusions:
❌ Pre-existing faults identified during the initial assessment
❌ Damage caused by hard water (scale/sludge)
❌ Pipework embedded in solid floors or unprotected within walls
